It is a balance fusion class designed to shape, tone and elongate while delivered with messages of empowerment. The structure of tap n’ pow{h}er takes a thoughtful approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment to women’s bodies. Improving balance has vast benefits and aids in the body’s: neuromuscular strength, proprioception, and muscle isolation, hip and core stabilization, rehabilitation of muscles and joints, and enhanced caloric burning.This class uses an interval-based safe yet challenging format.

vinyasa yoga

vinyasa yoga, a flowing dynamic form of yoga, is an energizing class teaching the fundamentals of flow yoga. This type of yoga places an emphasis on movement and breath. Vinyasa is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling, mainly through the nose. Our classes include movements such as sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, twists backbends, and core isolation. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. We learn the correct alignment for integral poses and how to connect these poses to the breath.
